Our Go-To rub for chicken, veggies, and lamb. We especially love pairing this with beets, spatchcock chicken, spontaneously fermented wild ales, and hummus.
This rub contains no salt because we prefer to salt separately and ahead of time, for depth of flavor and personal preference.
Ingredients: Black pepper, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, coriander, allspice, cinnamon
